First, they will lie and tell you everything you want to hear to get you in. And then once you there you will see why they are always hiring and unstaffed at all locations, they hire inexperienced people that doesn’t know what they are doing. So the once’s that are experienced have to pick you the slack, they will bring students in and hire than to pay than more than their current employees. It’s who you know, and not what you know there!  Weekends are mandatory , and if you can’t fulfill it they will let you go, if you speak your mind and know your worth. They don’t like that and will fire you , the owners love to micromanage by watching the cameras 24/7 . Current employees are there because most of them are not licensed or certified and can’t go anywhere else, overall. If you are looking for room to grow, great core values & where you can properly learn. Don’t go here, to none of the locations. No real breaks, always short staffed, sometimes it’s just you and the NP or PA, three people job for one person, very very low pay , patients will lie on you and the company will always take their word over yours, management is horrible, no real room for growth , owners don’t care about employees only the profits, over worked and underpaid, have to travel between all locations sometimes at the last minute before your shift starts they tell you, no communication, high school drama, jealousy.  You will regret it! 

Pay for this company is acceptable. Providers are knowledgeable and good to work with. Management makes last minute decisions without consideration of employees on a frequent basis. This is before and during Covid -19.  Many employees do not have the training needed for the medical procedures performed.  A warm body fills the position. Good employees leave due to poor management and managers keeping less than adequate employees.  Employees are discouraged to leave for lunch. There is not much of a float pool. Getting off is not easy. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Ability to get more hours by working at any clinic state wide.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Poor management.  Staff. Patients. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Poor. Work too many hours, little pay and horrible manager


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Hear complaints from manager, complaints from patients that is out our hands. No breaks. No lunch break. After working 12-13 hours.

Management does not care about their employees. The managers rudely criticize you about mistakes. It's insanely busy.  Always understaffed. It's expected for one person to do the work of two or three people. Extremely stressful. This company only cares about profit. Schedule was constantly overbooked and double booked. They need to make money so if they can fill up all the time slots, they will fill it up. Pay is terrible. Employees are constantly quitting. 

Typical urgent care setting. Management and doctors getting richer while clinical and administrative support staff struggling to make ends meet. No raises because they are expanding and it’s just not in the budget to take care of the current employees. But they sure will give all the new ones a $2000 sign on bonus. All of the managers have been working together in previous jobs at another company and are very close knit. They cannot be trusted, HR is a joke. Only positive is three day work week.

The work responsibility to pay ratio is almost insulting. Favoritism is extremely evident in this job, and most Employees take advantage of this fact to neglect their responsibilities and overall work decorum. Management will even go as far as to tell you "You are NOT allowed to contact HR" This is a direct quote from my manager. 
DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!!

If this place had staff and upper management that talks about the overall job description maybe this would flow a lot better, I worked there for a year and everytime I went to work so many things changed day to day .  Management speaks to employees like they are better than on top of working 12 shifts with no break.

It's great experience! Pay is subpar for the work load, support is non-existent when needed, and I didn't feel my position was respected by the company. I like that there was plenty of autonomy, but I feel there is a contrast between autonomy and constantly running on minimal staff to save money.  

Employees are not appreciated at all. They expect you to walk in and have all your employees quiver at your presence and feel uncomfortable at work like they are always doing something wrong. They want you to make your employees fear you. What a horrible way and place to work!

For profit businesss interested in the money- not patient care. Honestly it wouldnt be so bad if management wasnt on abpower trip. save yourself the misery. they dont pay well enough to ask you to go to six different clinics and be picking favorites.
