Worst company I have ever worked for.  There is an inner core of 5-6 people that rotate managing the departments, despite no experience nor aptitude.  (They also wrote half the positive reviews on Glassdoor themselves) 
 They are not concerned with growing the company through sales, nor do they want to retain accounts.  They are only worried about getting another round of funding to live off the investor money.  Then another round of funding.  Then another...
Avoid this company at all costs, both as an employee and a customer.

Everyone is pushed to work hard daily even the doctors. We don't get proper breaks due to the lack of people. If you work for the admin office, be prepared to carry on loads of tasks and responsibilities. This can be very stressful so you have to learn how to manage your time properly. It would be very helpful if you have good organizational skills as the office is really disorganized.

The huge con about this company was how it treated its employees during Covid. Pre-furloughed, most of the management were laid off or quit in preparation for downsizing. Post- furlough was a disorganized mess. Our benefits were cut off completely. The notices conveniently came within a few days of plan termination. This left many of us, myself included, without health insurance during the worst health crisis our country has faced. 

Working here isn't for long term because of the lack of opportunities for career growth. No matter how many hours you spend working here, no matter how hardworking you think you are, there won't be any opportunity for you to be promoted. Working here could be a nice stepping stone because of the experience you'd gain from working here but it isn't ideal to stay longer because your career would just be stagnant.

Lack of leadership, ineffective leadership. No compassion from leadership, they do not care about their employees. If you don't like it, leave! For them you are replaceable. They work you like a mutt if you are actually good at what you're doing Sales organization blames everyone except themselves.

There are no growth opportunities at the managers are only concerned about themselves and getting more profit. You will be pushed to do something that is out of the norm, unconventional, and sometimes questionable. They always get what they want, while they don't give you just what you deserve. 

Poor Management with selfish aims across the whole management chain. They are there to serve their best interest.They dump heavy workload on you, both new and existing, without providing any support. No career growth whatsoever here. You just do the same thing over and over again and no appreciation showed towards you.

It was such a fast-paced environment where  you don't have time to catch your breath. The management obviously didn't care much about employees and they would always put pressure to everyone to reach quotas and targets without giving much support as to how they can achieve their goals. It's such an unhealthy working environment.

No loyalty to employees. Upper execs are non-communicative so they are not trustworthy. Told I was safe including others. We all got laid off eventually. An extremely poorly run company that won't be around much longer. 

This company has a churn and burn model. They are filtering workers based on their support of the management. Their attrition is slim to none. They get their money from letting people go and collecting their commission. There is nothing I saw in a positive light about this company. Their overhead, pay, structure, and rules are awful.
