Full Job Description

About Us:

Conversations Together is a women-owned pediatric speech therapy private practice on the Upper West Side dedicated to helping children build meaningful communication skills through individualized, neurodiverse-affirming care. We believe therapy should be playful, meaningful, and tailored to each child. You’ll often find our clinicians sitting on the rug, making silly voices, celebrating big wins, and sharing lots of laughter with our clients. We also recognize that meaningful growth takes vulnerability, creativity, and collaboration—for both children and therapists. Our team values curiosity, innovation, and continuous learning, and we strive to create an environment where both our clients and our staff can thrive.

We're looking for a creative storyteller who can capture the heart of our practice and translate it into engaging social media content that educates, inspires, and connects with families.

What You'll Do

Develop and manage a monthly content calendar.
Create engaging content for Instagram, Tik Tok and other social media platforms.
Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes content) at our UWS office.
Capture authentic moments in our clinic while maintaining client privacy and confidentiality.
Design graphics using Canva or similar tools and video editing tools such as CapCut.
Write educational, relatable captions for parents and caregivers.
Schedule and publish content.
Monitor engagement and provide monthly analytics and recommendations.
Support relationship management efforts by engaging with followers, influencers, and partners to expand our network.
Stay current with social media trends while maintaining our warm, professional, family-centered brand.

Who You Are

Creative, organized, and self-motivated.
Passionate about storytelling and creating content that makes an impact.
Comfortable filming and editing short-form video.
Experienced with Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
Strong writer with an eye for design and branding.
Excited to collaborate with a close-knit team and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Experience growing social media accounts in an authentic way.
Experience with pediatric healthcare, education, therapy, or family-focused brands is a plus but not required.
