Full Job Description

An Implementation Specialist works closely with our team members to ensure our clients are successful. Implementation Specialists wear multiple hats and have excellent communication, business, and technical skill sets.

General Responsibilities:

Work with consultants and senior consultants on a wide variety of projects.
Attend weekly project meetings.
Take detailed meeting notes as needed.
Attend internal debrief meetings immediately following each client call.
Complete delegated project action items.
Co-design and implement software solutions.
Communicate with project team members and clients as needed.
Attend daily team standup meetings to review the status of each project, discuss team workload, and collaborate on any complex problems.
Build complex software systems within the Salesforce and HubSpot platforms.
Build software solutions using many different technology stacks.
Identify risks and issues in order to prevent “fires” before they occur.
Work with agile and other methodologies.
Help identify and implement process improvements in order to improve our current processes and avoid repeating the same mistakes.

Estimated Percentage of Time:

Salesforce and/or HubSpot builds: 70%
Client interaction (attending meetings in a supporting role): 20%
Project scoping (supporting consultants in scoping projects): 10%
