Full Job Description

Overview
Join Noble Vision's dedicated team as a Mental Health providers, where you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive mental health and behavioral support directly within clients’ homes and communities. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work closely with children, adolescents, and families facing diverse challenges, including developmental disabilities, trauma, and behavioral health issues. As an essential member of our team, you will utilize evidence-based practices to foster positive change, promote resilience, and enhance overall well-being. This paid position is perfect for licensed professionals committed to making a meaningful difference through compassionate, client-centered care.

Duties

Provide intensive residential counseling services to youth utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, and
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and mental health screenings, to develop tailored treatment plans.
Implement crisis intervention strategies promptly and effectively during emergency situations to ensure client safety and stability.
Engage clients using motivational interviewing and conflict management skills to foster motivation for change and resolve interpersonal issues.
Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and community agencies to coordinate case management and ensure holistic care delivery.
Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring confidentiality.
Collect data on client progress through regular monitoring and documentation to inform ongoing treatment adjustments.

Qualifications

Current licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Experience working with children, individuals with behavior and criminal record.
Strong knowledge of behavioral health practices including crisis management, trauma-informed care (such as PTSD care), and special education strategies.
Proficiency in medical terminology, medical records management, and understanding of HIPAA compliance standards.
Demonstrated skills in social work, mental health counseling, case management, and psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or art therapy.
Ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining a positive therapeutic environment; experience in home & community care settings highly desirable.
