Use your data center relationships to help deliver mobile turbines, large-scale gas generation, and microgrid solutions where grid power cannot keep up.

About Gen-Systems

Gen-Systems, a Jereh Group company, delivers mobile turbine power, large-scale gas generation, and microgrid solutions for mission-critical infrastructure.

As hyperscale and AI data center demand continues to outpace grid availability, Gen-Systems works directly with owners, developers, EPC firms, and infrastructure suppliers to deliver fast, flexible, non-utility power strategies. We are expanding our presence in the U.S. data center market and are looking for someone who can help us build the right relationships and move qualified opportunities forward.

If your background includes selling power, cooling, electrical, mechanical, controls, or infrastructure solutions into data center environments, this role is built for you.

This Is Not a Traditional Sales Role

This is not a high-volume transactional sales role, and it is not designed for someone starting from zero.

We are hiring an Account Manager, Data Center Power Solutions who already has trusted working relationships across the data center supply chain and understands how projects move from concept to funding to execution. This role is built for someone who can turn market access, industry knowledge, and commercial credibility into real opportunity flow.

What You’ll Do

Leverage existing relationships with data center owners, developers, EPCs, engineering firms, and infrastructure suppliers
Engage decision-makers on power availability, redundancy, emissions, resiliency, and speed-to-power challenges
Introduce mobile turbines, large-scale gas generation, and microgrid solutions to customers evaluating non-utility power strategies
Act as a relationship owner and market connector, not a cold prospector
Guide opportunities from initial introduction through technical alignment, proposal development, and commercial agreement
Coordinate with internal engineering and delivery teams to align solutions with mission-critical uptime requirements
Represent Gen-Systems in strategic industry conversations and selected data center events

Who This Role Is For

You likely have experience:

Selling power, cooling, electrical, mechanical, controls, or infrastructure solutions to multiple data center customers
Holding an account management, partnerships, business development, or commercial role with a data center supplier, EPC, engineering firm, or related infrastructure company
Supporting hyperscale and/or colocation customers across multiple regions
Navigating customer conversations tied to uptime, redundancy, power architecture, and infrastructure delivery

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience working with data center operators, developers, EPCs, engineering firms, or infrastructure suppliers
Active relationships across hyperscale and/or colocation data centers
Understanding of data center power architecture, redundancy, and uptime requirements
Experience engaging EPCs, engineering consultants, developers, or infrastructure investors
Ability to travel approximately 50%
Based in the U.S., with Houston strongly preferred
Ability to work from or travel regularly to 15333 John F Kennedy Blvd, Suite 800, Houston, TX 77032
Bachelor’s degree required

Jacobs, AECOM, Burns & McDonnell, Black & Veatch, DPR, HITT, Kiewit

Data Center Suppliers
Power, cooling, electrical, mechanical, or infrastructure systems supporting data centers

Technical Exposure
Turbines, large generators, microgrids, distributed generation, or mission-critical power systems
