Answer and route incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously. Perform general clerical duties including copying, faxing, scanning, and filing.

Take messages/route calls to appropriate personnel, screen calls for the superintendent, directors, and teachers. Prepare documents (Word & Excel) as directed.

Handle inbound and outbound calls lasting 15–30 minutes. Empathy, patience, and professionalism throughout long or consecutive calls. Full time, 8 hour shifts.
