Join Our Catering Team!
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional events and creating unforgettable experiences? We are looking for a dynamic Catering Event Coordinator to lead the charge in event preparation, execution, and breakdown. This role offers the chance to collaborate with diverse teams, manage events of all sizes, and play a pivotal role in ensuring every detail shines.

What You’ll Do:

Event Management: Prepare event documentation, oversee supply inventories, and ensure seamless execution aligned with Rita’s high standards. Attending BEOs and supporting the sales team, the commissary team and the operations team on all events and D2D.
Team Leadership: Support and supervise multiple event teams, manage staffing schedules, and oversee the quality of food and service.
Client Interaction: Assist with event planning, troubleshoot during events, and provide feedback to improve processes.
Training & Safety: Train new staff, promote safety standards, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Communication: Collaborate across departments, from sales to operations, to align event details and timelines.
Needs at least 3 years of experience in payroll systems and staffing systems.

Who You Are:

Highly organized with a talent for time management and multitasking.
Experienced with catering systems like Caterease or ADP, or Nowsta, and Microsoft Outlook.
Skilled communicator with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
A team player who thrives under pressure and adapts to changing priorities.
Physically capable of extended activity, including lifting to 25 pounds.
