Taking its name from the infamous golden-hued roses of the Lone Star State, as well as the joyful style that the brand is known for, the Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott collection is a boutique approach to jewelry, apparel, and home goods that celebrates the rich ranch culture of the American Southwest.

Position Overview
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, visually driven Brand General Manager to lead Yellow Rose, a high-growth lifestyle jewelry brand backed by the infrastructure and scale of Kendra Scott.

This leader will serve as the steward of the brand, responsible for defining its long-term vision, driving profitable growth, and strengthening its position as a distinctive lifestyle brand. This is a rare opportunity for a leader who has successfully built, elevated, or transformed an aspirational consumer brand—someone who understands that great brands create emotional connections long before they create transactions.

The ideal candidate brings an exceptional track record of building culturally relevant, fashion-forward lifestyle brands and knows how to translate brand purpose into compelling customer experiences across product, marketing, retail, digital, and community. They are equally comfortable shaping brand strategy, inspiring creative teams, making commercial decisions, and leading a high-growth business.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Lifestyle Branding

Own the Jewelry P&L: Manage the full financial health, margins, inventory productivity, and resource allocation to drive profitable growth.
Elevate Brand Equity: Define the lifestyle positioning, aesthetic direction, and emotional storytelling to build long-term community and customer loyalty.
Omnichannel Growth: Scale a balanced multi-channel strategy across DTC e-commerce, third-party marketplaces, boutique wholesale, and experiential retail.

Product Commercialization & Merchandising

Assortment Strategy: Partner with design teams to define seasonal launch calendars, core collection planning, and trend-driven capsules.
Margin Optimization: Oversee pricing strategies that balance premium brand positioning with optimized gross margins and jewelry product sell-through.
Supply Chain Collaboration: Work with parent company sourcing networks to optimize precious metal/gemstone procurement, casting, and logistics.

Parent Matrix & Team Leadership

Lead Creative & Analytical Teams: Direct dedicated and shared teams across marketing, digital product, visual merchandising, and supply chain.
Unlock Corporate Scale: Act as the primary liaison to parent executives, securing capital and utilizing shared backend infrastructure (e.g., HR, legal, global logistics).

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

12+ years of progressive executive leadership within premium lifestyle, fashion, accessories, beauty, or consumer brands.
Proven success building, scaling, or transforming an aspirational, design-led brand with strong emotional customer connections.
Experience serving as a General Manager, Brand President, Business Unit Leader, or comparable executive with enterprise-level responsibility.
Demonstrated ownership of a business P&L while balancing brand building with commercial performance.
Experience leading businesses that successfully blend creativity, merchandising, marketing, digital commerce, and retail.
Founder Mentality: The grit to solve small operational bottlenecks independently, combined with the executive presence to present to board-level parent leadership.
Strong ability to anticipate long term needs and develop plans with achievable timelines
