Compensation

Aurelia is a boutique healthcare concierge company serving the Treasure Valley. Our mission is to provide compassionate, personalized support through three signature services:

Luxury Independent Living
Senior Placement Concierge
Nursing Concierge

We’re building a brand that blends exceptional hospitality with trusted healthcare guidance, helping older adults and families navigate life’s transitions with confidence.

We’re seeking an experienced Business Development & Community Relations Coordinator to help grow Aurelia’s presence throughout the Treasure Valley by developing meaningful relationships within the healthcare community.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physician offices, surgery centers, home health agencies, hospice organizations, senior living communities, and other healthcare partners.
Build strong relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
Represent Aurelia at networking events, community events, and healthcare meetings.
Introduce referral partners to Aurelia’s services through presentations, meetings, and outreach.
Coordinate and distribute marketing materials.
Assist with social media, brand awareness, and community engagement.
Identify strategic partnership opportunities throughout the Treasure Valley.
Track outreach efforts and provide regular updates on business development activities.
Work independently while collaborating with Aurelia leadership on growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

Previous experience in healthcare business development, healthcare marketing, medical sales, senior living outreach, or a related field.
Proven ability to build professional relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Reliable transportation for community outreach.

Preferred:

Existing relationships within the Treasure Valley healthcare community.
Experience working with hospitals, senior living, home health, hospice, physician practices, or case management.
Familiarity with Canva, social media, and basic marketing tools.
