Eating disorder recovery doesn't happen by accident. It's built deliberately, by clinical teams who understand the weight of this work and show up for it every day. That's what we do at Oasis — and that's who we're looking for.

Recovery from an eating disorder isn't linear. It's built in small moments, inside consistent structure, with a team that truly understands what's at stake. At Oasis Eating Disorders Recovery, we provide that structure — for teens and adults navigating some of the most difficult work of their lives. As our Program Manager, you'll be the operational and clinical heart of that environment.

About Oasis

Oasis Eating Disorders Recovery is an outpatient program serving adolescents and adults in Fresno, CA. We provide specialized, evidence-informed care for individuals living with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and co-occurring conditions. Our team is built around clinical excellence, compassion, and a deep respect for the complexity of eating disorder recovery.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Program Manager at Oasis oversees daily program operations, ensures high-quality patient care, and leads a multidisciplinary clinical and administrative team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands eating disorder treatment — and who thrives at the intersection of clinical oversight and operational accountability.

Scehdule and Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm / hours may vary

What You'll Do

Compliance, Standards & Quality Assurance

Uphold and continuously improve program standards, policies, and procedures
Ensure staff and program compliance with DHCS, Joint Commission, HIPAA, and ADA regulations
Conduct EMR reviews and maintain documentation compliance
Oversee insurance compliance including utilization review and medical necessity criteria

Clinical Oversight & Patient Care

Monitor patient progress and ensure appropriate level of care based on medical necessity
Coordinate services across the multidisciplinary team and with families
Support crisis intervention alongside clinical and non-clinical staff
Record interventions and interactions with patients

Staff Management & Development

Assist with recruitment, training, and onboarding of clinical staff, contractors, and interns
Support performance measurement and outcome evaluation
Foster a team culture grounded in clinical excellence and compassion

Program & Operations Management

Collaborate with Admissions to ensure intakes are scheduled appropriately
Develop weekly and monthly programming schedules
Facilitate and attend interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and in-service trainings

Community Relations

Build and maintain relationships with patients, families, and referral sources
Represent Oasis and TPEG as a mission-driven leader in the community

What We're Looking For

A leader with genuine passion for eating disorder treatment and recovery
Experience working with adolescents, adults, or both in a behavioral health setting
Strong clinical judgment paired with operational discipline
The ability to hold structure and warmth simultaneously — because recovery requires both
A commitment to culturally responsive, ethical, and compassionate care

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in the mental health field
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Valid Driver's License
Experience working with culturally diverse populations

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Experience in eating disorder treatment specifically
Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and DHCS regulations
