Tax Supervisor | Abilene | $100k to $120k
5+ Years Public Accounting Experience | CPA Preferred

Moving into a Tax Supervisor role should feel like more than a new title.

It should give you more trust, more influence and a firm where people actually know your name.

This boutique CPA firm in Abilene offers 3 weeks of PTO from day 1, Summer Fridays, Friday afternoons off after October 15, paid health insurance or a $415 monthly allowance, a Simple IRA, paid cancer insurance, a $500 clothing allowance, and you'll rarely work more than 55 hours a week.

You'll work directly with local business owners across tax, accounting, advisory and tax planning while reviewing returns, mentoring junior staff and helping shape the future of the team.

It's the kind of firm where you'll have direct access to the Partners, your ideas will be listened to, and you'll have the freedom to build lasting client relationships rather than simply chasing deadlines.

They're looking for someone with around 5+ years of public accounting experience who enjoys working closely with clients and supporting the development of others. CPA is preferred but not essential. If you're looking for a firm where progression feels realistic and work fits around life a little better, this is well worth a conversation.
