What You’ll Do
- Perform neurotoxin treatments (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Jeuveau®), including full-face balancing, lip flips, and preventative dosing
- Perform dermal filler treatments — including lip, cheek, chin, jawline, temple, and hand — using approved products and Deka+ protocols
- Conduct thorough consultations: facial assessment, goal-setting, photography, treatment planning, and honest expectation-setting
- Perform additional Deka+ medical aesthetic services as trained, credentialed, and delegated
- Follow up on every patient — two-week checks, touch-ups, and long-term treatment plans that keep results looking natural over time
- Recognize, document, and manage complications per protocol, including vascular occlusion response, and escalate appropriately
- Chart meticulously and stay current on all Deka+ clinical protocols, consents, and standing orders
- Recommend memberships, treatment packages, and medical-grade skincare that genuinely fit the client’s goals
- Partner with our Lash Artists, Studio Manager, and Medical Director to cross-serve clients and grow the medical aesthetics side of the studio
- Help maintain a spotless, compliant, well-stocked treatment room, including product inventory counts
What You Bring
- Active, unrestricted Ohio RN license in good standing
- 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience with neurotoxin and filler — this is not an entry-level injector role; we’re hiring for judgment and technique
- Completed injectable training/certification and a strong command of facial anatomy, danger zones, and dosing
- Comfort working under a physician’s delegation, standing orders, and written protocols
- An aesthetic eye. You understand facial balancing and proportion, and your default is natural-looking results
- Warm, unhurried chairside presence — our clients are used to being treated like guests, not chart numbers
- Current BLS certification
- Genuinely nice to work with. We’re a small team and culture is non-negotiable
Bonus points for: an existing client following, social/UGC comfort (before-and-afters, treatment-day content), experience with memberships or retail, experience with additional aesthetic modalities, or trainer/preceptor experience.

Schedule
Part-time to start, approximately 8–16 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours and days as the Deka+ client base grows.
We are looking for someone excited about helping launch and grow the medical aesthetics side of an already-established Deka Lash studio.
