Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager to lead multiple locations with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of 4-6 Units ensuring each one operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with company standards. Your leadership will inspire teams, drive business growth, and foster a culture of excellence across all locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives on managing multiple teams and projects simultaneously while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Duties

Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to multiple store or unit managers, ensuring operational excellence across all locations.
Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets, improve processes, and maximize profitability.
Oversee financial performance by managing profit & loss statements, controlling expenses, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence and attract new customers through innovative sales strategies.
Supervise day-to-day operations, including staffing, training, and performance management of team members at each location.
Drive process improvements by analyzing operational workflows, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Coordinate project management efforts for new store openings, renovations, or major initiatives to ensure timely and successful execution.

Skills

Proven management experience with the ability to lead multiple teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong strategic planning skills to develop actionable plans that align with organizational goals.
Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and cultivate a positive work environment.
Financial acumen in managing profit & loss statements, budgeting, and cost control measures.
