The role consists of leading top sales reps throughout the country on a day to day basis by way of training, coaching, showcasing and fostering relationships. We operate local teams in select markets and blitz teams that travel throughout the country to unique locations to serve our internet service providers like AT&T, Verizon, GoNet, Brightspeed, T-Fiber and beyond. We believe leadership begins by leading by example and all of our leaders sell and work within our teams, never pushing from behind but instead always pulling from ahead.

The income is performance based and this is a high income opportunity. We ask that all of our leaders have an appetite to earn at least $200,000 annually and we work with all of our leaders on their income goals by way of coaching, recruiting and setting them up in scenarios where there is a clear path to these goals. Our leaders have unlimited access to an executive coaching team, advanced training resources and offsite development retreats that would otherwise cost an outside participant thousands of dollars to be involved in.
