Join Our Team as a Front Desk Associate at Courtyard Albany!

Are you a people person with a knack for creating welcoming experiences? At Courtyard Albany in Albany, GA, we’re looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to be the face of our hotel. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where you can make a difference in guests' stays, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Be Doing

As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and checking in guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Managing reservations, room assignments, and check-out processes efficiently.
Answering guest inquiries and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
Handling payments and maintaining accurate records.
Assisting with guest requests and resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborating with other team members to maintain a smooth operation at the front desk.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
A professional and friendly attitude with a focus on excellent customer service.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (or a willingness to learn).
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
