Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be proficient in hotel management practices, and have a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Manage the front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins and check-outs.
Perform night audit duties, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of daily transactions.
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
Assist with administrative tasks such as managing reservations, processing payments, and updating guest information in the system.

Experience

Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred, particularly in front desk or guest services roles.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
Familiarity with night audit processes is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
