Full Job Description

Full-Time Opening: Admin Support / Bookkeeping / Tax Entry

Locations: Leesburg, GA & Tallahassee, FL

Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week (possibility less if desired)

We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused professional to join our team in a full-time . This position combines front-office administrative responsibilities during tax season with bookkeeping duties, payroll processing, and tax data entry.

While hours are generally steady, some flexibility may be requested on rare occasions during tax season. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working in a small firm setting.

Primary Functions

· Manage the client tax intake and delivery process

· Post and reconcile transactions for client bookkeeping

· Manage client payroll processing.

· Perform accurate data entry related to tax preparation

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally

· Sort mail, manage supplies, and assist with daily office operations

· Contribute to organized and efficient internal workflows

Qualifications We're Looking For

· Prior experience is preferred. Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following areas—bookkeeping, payroll, or tax preparation—unless they are current students earning a degree or recent graduates.

· We will consider recent graduates with relevant academic background

· Comfortable using Microsoft Office

· Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar tools, and willing to learn additional software

· Strong focus on accuracy, organization, and task completion

· Understands the importance of confidentiality in a CPA firm setting
