Job Overview
Northeastern Air Quality is seeking a meticulous and highly organised Data Input Clerk to join our team in Albany, New York. This is a full-time position perfect for a detail-oriented individual who excels at maintaining accuracy and order. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical data within our company systems. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and integrity of our information management processes.

Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our databases and computer systems.
Review and verify data for deficiencies, errors, or inconsistencies, correcting any discrepancies as required.
Maintain data integrity by performing regular quality checks and ensuring all information is current and complete.
Prepare and sort source documents, identifying and interpreting data to be entered.
Generate reports and retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive company and client information.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and support administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Data Input Clerk, Data Entry Operator, or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong command of MS Excel.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning as part of a team.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
