Accounts Receivable Clerk

$22 - $26 Per Hour | Full-time | Monday – Friday

Accounts Receivable Experience Required.

Denny Menholt University Honda is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team! In this role, you'll process customer payments, maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and help keep our day-to-day accounting operations running smoothly.

Whether you've worked in automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, retail, or another industry, we welcome experienced Accounts Receivable professionals to apply. Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

If you're comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, and enjoy working in an organized, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Process and apply incoming customer payments accurately
Prepare and maintain accounts receivable records
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
Generate invoices, statements, and reports
Monitor aging reports and assist with collections as needed
Communicate professionally with customers regarding account balances
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous Accounts Receivable experience required
Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Dealership accounting experience is a plus, but not required
Professional communication and customer service skills
