Responsibilities

- Manage daily office operations
- Maintain accurate records of sales/ inventory and customer information
- Assist with scheduling appointments for sales and service departments
- Process paperwork for vehicle sales and trade-ins
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
- Support the finance department with paperwork and customer financing applications
- Prepare and distribute reports as requested by management
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably in an automotive dealership or related industry)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ Outlook) and basic accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
