POSITION: CNC Operator

DHF Technical Products is a successful, innovative, fast-growing manufacturer in the heart of Rio Rancho and one of the most trusted names in our industry. We are metal specialists who are committed to delivering quality products on time, every time. We are currently looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate is one with a can-do attitude who is eager to learn new skills and become an expert in metals processing in an industry that few people get an opportunity to be a part of.

Do you have experience working with various types of equipment? Do you have previous production experience in a machine shop? If so, we would love to hear from you.

WE PROVIDE:

A hands-on learning and work environment ideal for someone who is willing to learn, likes a challenge and likes to achieve meaningful results in their work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience operating CNC mills and/or manual and CNC lathes

· MTT certificate or degree is a plus but not required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Must be able to perform job set-ups, set tooling, deburr machined parts

· Work at a fast pace required to meet customer needs

· Read blueprints and adhere to dimensions and tolerances

· Use precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, edge finders, etc.

· Operate machine shop tools such as band saws, deburring tools, drills, taps, etc.

· Knowledge of shop math

· Understanding of G-code (programming experience not required)

· Experience working with Haas machines is a plus but not required
