Compensation Structure
Compensation is output-based. Contributors are paid for each approved video that meets the project's quality specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on the contributor's experience and workflow.
Minimum submission requirements apply. Contributors are expected to submit 10–15 hours of approved video per week throughout the project.

Job Summary
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
No prior experience in AI is required—your ability to carefully follow instructions and consistently produce high-quality data is what matters most.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture household activities using your smartphone while performing specified physical tasks.
- Record synchronized video footage to validate and improve the quality of collected sensor data.
- Follow detailed technical protocols to ensure all submissions meet project standards for quality, labeling, and consistency.
- Submit 10–15 hours of approved video per week throughout the project.
- Communicate proactively with the project team to clarify requirements and provide feedback on data collection procedures.
- Deliver project outputs reliably and on schedule.
- Complete required device compatibility checks and participate in an AI-assisted interview during onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Access to a head strap capable of recording both hands within 48 hours of the project start date.
- Compatible smartphone. Supported devices include:
- iPhone 12 or newer
- Google Pixel 6 or newer
- Samsung Galaxy S21 or newer
- Proven ability to follow standardized procedures and detailed technical instructions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile technology.
- Physical ability to safely perform repetitive movement tasks.
- Eligibility to work in one of the designated U.S. states.
Note: Applications submitted using a Gmail address are strongly preferred to facilitate integration with the project's tools.
Start Timeline & Availability
We typically fill roles within 48 hours and are looking for contributors who can begin immediately. If selected, you will be expected to start your first tasks within approximately 24 hours after completing onboarding.
Equipment RequirementsMobile Device
All project tasks must be completed using a compatible smartphone. Contributors will record their work directly from their mobile device while completing assigned activities.
Head Strap / Wearable
This project requires the use of a head-mounted camera setup (head strap) to record first-person video while performing physical tasks. Detailed equipment specifications will be provided during onboarding.
