Full Job Description

We're looking for a friendly, reliable professional to join our team at our Foxhall Square location. This is a customer-facing role where you'll be responsible for the store and will be the lead contact for our clients. You will also be performing basic alterations, so sewing experience is a requirement.

What You'll Do

Warmly greet customers and provide excellent front-desk service
Take and process dry cleaning orders accurately
Assemble and organize customer orders for pickup
Handle cash and/or card transactions
Organize store operations and coordinate with the team at other locations
Perform basic alterations such as hemming
Take measurements and pin other alterations to be executed by our team of seamstresses

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience (required)
Strong English communication skills (required)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (required)
Sewing experience (required)
Punctual, detail-oriented, and a team player, with strong accountability and organizational skills

What We Offer

$23.00/hour + 50% of commission on alterations made
Quarterly performance bonus
Consistent schedule
Friendly, team-oriented environment

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
