Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager
Sign-On Bonus Available!

Are you a passionate and driven Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in leadership? We are seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead and support our nursing team while ensuring exceptional care for our residents.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, resident-focused environment.

Position Summary

The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of an assigned unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff support and development.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned nursing unit
Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care
Monitor and maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations
Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow on the unit
Conduct audits, rounds, and quality assurance activities
Address resident, family, and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices
