Are you a personal trainer, Fitness Coach, or aspiring trainer?

We are Seeking Part Time/Full Time Help to join our awesome crew of Staff at KSP!

KSP Fitness is one of the top fitness facilities in the Lehigh Valley.

Here's what your role may look like:

- Coaching: You'll get to make a serious impact in the lives of your clients every single day and be known as a local expert.

- Community building: Do you like to have fun? That's part of your job with us. Every day is a party, and our goal is to make fitness as FUN as possible for our clients

- Personal Growth: aside from general work as a trainer, our goal is for you to take accountability in learning the other operations involved in running a fitness center as we grow and move forward together.

Now, let’s talk about the job requirements:

You need to be the type person who gets joy out of getting things done. Every day, you will bang out a list of stuff. Fun stuff. Important stuff. Necessary stuff. And you'll get to see the impact of that work on the results and lives of your clients.
You need to be versatile. You'll be working with a TON of different clients- Youth athletes? yep. Adult beginners? yep. Advanced super-athletes? You bet. We need trainers that know how to connect with people and are excited about our clients.
You need to be a team player. We work as a team at KSP which means that we've got your back- but we need to know that you are committed to the growth of the team.
You need to be a person who loves to deliver remarkable experiences to other people. You know, you need to be someone who feels good by making other people feel good.
You need to nail down the details. You don’t need to race through work and get things done half- assed (we figured that one out ourselves). We need you to slow things down and get them done right.

In short, your job is to provide transformational training experiences for our clients, and help us continue to grow and be the best gym around.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
