Full Job Description

Earn $18-$19 per hour PLUS performance bonuses that can increase your pay by up to an additional $10 per hour.

Experience calling homeowners is strongly preferred. Home improvement, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, solar, insurance restoration, or telemarketing experience is a major plus.

Green Eco Solutions is seeking 2 experienced Appointment Setters to join our growing home improvement team in Allentown, PA.

This is an IN-OFFICE position. Applicants must report to our Allentown office. This is NOT a remote position.

If you have experience setting appointments, telemarketing, outbound calling, lead generation, inside sales, or call center work, we'd like to speak with you.

Responsibilities:

Call homeowners from company-provided leads
Contact previous customers and unsold leads
Rehash older leads and generate new appointments
Confirm upcoming appointments for our sales team
Follow up with homeowners who requested information
Maintain accurate notes and records in our CRM
Work closely with management to maximize appointment volume

Compensation:

$18-$19 per hour based on experience
Paid vacation

Performance bonus opportunities

Performance Pay Program:

Average 5 Issued Appointments Per Week:

Additional $5 per hour
Applied retroactively to ALL hours worked that week

Average 10 Issued Appointments Per Week:

Additional $10 per hour
Applied retroactively to ALL hours worked that week

Additional bonus opportunities available based on sales generated from your appointments.

Requirements:

Previous appointment setting, telemarketing, call center, lead generation, or inside sales experience preferred
Excellent phone communication skills
Strong work ethic and attendance
Comfortable overcoming objections
Positive attitude and team mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency
