Outside Sales Representative – IpPayware, Authorized Square reseller

About the Opportunity

As an authorized reseller of Square, you can help local businesses accept payments, run their operations, and grow with Square's trusted point-of-sale and payment technology. We're looking for a motivated, self-driven Outside Sales Representative to introduce Square's services to merchants throughout the greater Roswell/Atlanta area.

This is a face-to-face, relationship-driven sales role — you'll be out in the field meeting business owners, demonstrating the value of Square, and helping them get set up. No cold-calling from a cubicle here — you'll build your own local book of business and watch it grow into long-term residual income.

What You'll Do

Prospect and meet with local business owners (retail, restaurants, service businesses, etc.) to introduce Square's payment and point-of-sale solutions
Conduct in-person consultations and product demonstrations
Guide merchants through onboarding and account setup
Build and maintain a territory of ongoing client relationships
Meet regularly with your sales manager to review pipeline and performance

Compensation: Full-Time Representatives

Guaranteed base salary to bridge the gap while you build your account base
Uncapped residual commissions on every account you sign — the more you build, the more you earn month over month
Salary support tapers as your residual income grows, so you're never left without a safety net while ramping up

Part-Time Representatives

Paid training to get you fully up to speed on Square's products and our sales process
New account bonus for every merchant you sign
Flexible schedule — great for supplementing income while building toward full-time

What We're Looking For

A self-starter comfortable with face-to-face, outside sales
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the territory
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Prior sales experience preferred, but not required — we provide training
Coachable, goal-oriented, and excited to build something long-term
