Full Job Description

Job Description:

DY Concrete Pumps is looking for a Creative Brand Manager who enjoys making great work, solving problems, and seeing projects through from concept to completion. This role blends graphic design, marketing, visual production, and project coordination in a small department where initiative and follow-through matter.

Projects may include:

Brochures, flyers, signage, and merchandise
Vinyl graphics and production-ready artwork
Photography, videography, and visual content editing
Advertising campaigns and promotional materials
Marketing calendars, weekly meetings, and project tracking
Internal requests and special projects

We are looking for someone with a strong design eye, solid organizational skills, and the ability to take ownership without needing constant direction.

This role offers a level of creative ownership and responsibility that is difficult to find in a larger, more segmented marketing department. We are a small team with high standards, and our work has helped raise expectations for how companies in our industry present themselves. You will be a key component in bringing it to another new level.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design and Production — 40%
Create vinyl graphics, brochures, flyers, advertisements, signage, merchandise artwork, and other digital or printed materials. Prepare accurate, production-ready files for internal teams, printers, vendors, and the in-house vinyl shop.

Marketing Operations and Project Ownership — 25%
Maintain the marketing calendar and project-tracking system, help lead weekly meetings, organize incoming requests, establish deadlines, coordinate vendors, follow up with stakeholders, and own assigned projects from initial brief through final delivery.

Content Production, Campaigns, and Social Media — 25%
Develop campaign concepts, parts and service promotions, email marketing, social media content, and written marketing materials. Assist with or lead photography, videography, editing, and on-location content production based on project needs and individual skill level.

Events, Internal Support, and Special Projects — 10%
Support trade shows and company events, coordinate merchandise and printed materials, fulfill sales-team requests, arrange shipping or vendor orders, and manage miscellaneous projects that fall within the marketing department.

Skills Required

Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and brand consistency
Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
Excellent organization, writing, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently from brief through completion
Comfortable working with customers, vendors, sales staff, and other departments

Skills Preferred

Experience with InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
Photography, videography, or motion graphics experience
Familiarity with vinyl, large-format printing, signage, or production artwork
Experience with social media, email campaigns, trade shows, or project-management systems

Experience Required

Three or more years of professional experience in marketing, graphic design, creative services, or a related role.
A degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, advertising, or a related field is preferred, but not necessary
A strong portfolio and relevant professional experience matter more to us than a specific degree.
A portfolio of some type is required with the application. Applications without a portfolio of work included will be automatically rejected.

Schedule:

In office, Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Some travel may be required for tradeshows, jobsite visits, and marketing projects.
