Job Overview
Orgrow Lawn Care is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face of our office, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional support to staff and visitors alike. Your energy, attention to detail, and proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment while maintaining efficient administrative processes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills and contribute to a thriving workplace.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and direct calls accurately using excellent phone etiquette
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
Manage calendar appointments, schedules lawn care appointments, and coordinate calendar management tasks efficiently
Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies inventory
Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed
Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and supporting client interactions

Requirements

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with data entry, filing, and document management systems
Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and clerical tasks preferred
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities efficiently
Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous
Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication
