The Office Administrator audits incoming deals on compliance of vehicle sales and revenue recognition. Responsible for posting deals into the accounting system, verifying all revenue, gross, commissions, receivable & payable, and all supporting documents with the deal.

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support operations across three dealerships. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and accounting-related responsibilities in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth office functions, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks. Your organizational skills and proactive attitude will help create a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff alike.

Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Prepare and process daily bank deposits
Reconcile and manage Factory Parts statements.
Coordinate and process dealer trades
Assist with wholesale paperwork and transactions
Maintain and oversee cleaning schedules for dealership facilities
Provide general office and administrative support
Assist with filing, data entry, document management, and recordkeeping
Support dealership accounting and office operations as needed
Handle additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned
Reliable attendance required

Qualifications

Previous office administration, bookkeeping, or dealership office experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple locations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Automotive dealership experience is a plus
