Responsibilities:

Provides direction and coordination in developing and implementing service and individual treatment plans.
Assesses the behavioral needs of youth and adults and makes treatment recommendations.
Performs as the lead member of an inter-disciplinary team and makes intervention suggestions to other members of the support team.

Requirements:

Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
In addition - and as a condition of continued employment - AWARE's BCBA must maintain the specific professional license and/or professional certification as required by state, federal governing boards and other such certification boards
