Full Job Description

Majestic Inn and Spa is seeking an organized, guest-focused Event Sales Manager to support weddings, group events, and special occasions at our boutique waterfront property in downtown Anacortes. This role combines event sales, coordination, and on-site execution support in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What you’ll do

Respond to event and group inquiries promptly and professionally.
Conduct property tours and help convert leads into booked events.
Prepare proposals, contracts, timelines, and event details with accuracy.
Work closely with clients to understand expectations and ensure a smooth experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to support event setup, execution, and follow-up.
Assist with sales lead follow-up and relationship-building to encourage repeat business.
Support the team with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.

What we’re looking for

2+ years of experience in event coordination, hospitality sales, or related guest service work.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Comfort working some weekends and evenings based on event needs.
A team-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in creating memorable guest experiences.
