Assett Commercial Services is a growing, family-owned commercial janitorial company serving businesses throughout the Anchorage area. We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and personable Office Administrator to join our team and help with the day-to-day organization of our office.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time, flexible work and extra income. Whether you’re a college student looking for a job that can work around your class schedule, someone looking for a little extra work, or simply someone who enjoys staying organized and helping a business run smoothly, we’d love to meet you!

You don't need years of office experience for this position. We’re willing to train the right person who is dependable, organized, willing to learn, and comfortable working with computers.

Position Details

Position: Office Administrator
Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: Entry-level / based on experience

What You’ll Do

Handle general day-to-day office administration
Keep files, records, and paperwork organized
Answer phones and respond to emails and other office communications
Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff
Enter and maintain information in spreadsheets and computer systems
Prepare documents, forms, and other office materials
Help keep employee and company records organized
Assist with paperwork and other administrative tasks
Order and keep track of office and cleaning supplies
Help maintain an organized and professional office environment
Provide general administrative support to management and the operations team
Take on other administrative tasks as needed

Previous office or administrative experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person.
