Full Job Description

At Katie's Way Plus, we offer innovative treatments like Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (Deep TMS), Exposure Therapy, and the Remote 24 program, all delivered by a team of compassionate physicians who truly care. We are seeking an Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy to all of our clients near Anchorage.

Duties:
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions to our clients
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs
- Utilize evidence-based practices to provide effective counseling and therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approach
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress
- Conduct regular evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client care and treatment strategies

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Current Alaska state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Knowledge and experience in providing care for patients with PTSD is highly desired
- Strong clinical skills in conducting therapy sessions and providing behavioral health services
- Ability to effectively manage crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Proficient in data collection, assessment, and documentation of client progress
- Familiarity with medical records systems and electronic health records
