Full Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years CT Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a skilled professional with CT imaging expertise to support emergency room, inpatient, and outpatient services at a trauma level 2 setting. This position requires experience in advanced imaging environments and a strong ability to adapt in a fast-paced hospital environment. The contract spans 13 weeks, making it an excellent fit for those seeking to make a meaningful impact in a clinical setting.

Schedule:

Five 8-hour shifts per week
3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Every other weekend required

Qualifications:

Valid ARRT (CT) certification required
Active BLS certification required
Minimum of two years of CT experience in a hospital environment
Proficiency working with GE and Philips CT equipment
Experience with imaging workstations is essential
Prior experience supporting ER, inpatient, and outpatient units
Adaptability and strong communication skills for a busy trauma center setting

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality CT scans for ER, inpatient, and outpatient populations
Operate GE and Philips CT scanners safely and efficiently
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including radiologists, nurses, and physicians
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
Monitor patient safety and respond promptly to emergent situations
Follow infection control protocols and ensure patient comfort throughout scanning procedures

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
