Full Job Description

Our client, a leading organization within the financial services industry, is seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals to join their team as Financial Services Professionals. This role provides comprehensive training, career development opportunities, and the chance to support financial professionals and investors while building a strong foundation in financial services.

This is an excellent entry point for recent graduates or professionals with customer service experience who are interested in growing their career within a stable and rapidly evolving industry.

Location: Arizona (Remote, except for training)
Type: 12 month contract (potential for conversion)
Pay: $17-20/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

Following the completion of training, you will serve as a primary point of contact for financial professionals and investors, handling approximately 25-30 inbound interactions per day.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering exceptional customer service across every interaction
Responding to account-related inquiries and service requests
Assisting with financial transactions and account maintenance activities
Researching and resolving complex customer issues
Navigating multiple systems and databases to provide accurate information
Documenting customer interactions and service resolutions
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Building strong relationships through professionalism, empathy, and effective communication

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
0-2+ years of customer service, client support, call center, hospitality, retail, banking, or other service-focused experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Customer-focused mindset with a high level of empathy and professionalism
Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Preferred

Interest in building a career in financial services
Exposure to banking, finance, investments, insurance, or related industries
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification or willingness to pursue industry licensing in the future

Estimated Min Rate: $14.00
Estimated Max Rate: $20.00
