Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Part-Time Front Desk Associate who is eager to provide exceptional guest experiences across all shifts—morning (7 AM–3 PM), evening (3 PM–11 PM), and overnight (11 PM–7 AM). This vital role involves managing guest check-ins, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk of our bustling hospitality environment. Duties

Welcome guests warmly and efficiently check them in and out using hotel management software.
Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately.
Manage guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of customer service throughout their stay.
Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.
Assist with night audit procedures, reconciling accounts and preparing reports during overnight shifts.
Support guest relations by addressing concerns with courtesy and ensuring a positive experience.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate room readiness and resolve any guest concerns swiftly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred; hospitality or resort experience is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and guest services best practices.
Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.
Ability to work all three shifts—morning, evening, and overnight—and adapt to changing schedules.
Demonstrated hospitality management skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving.
