Glenora Radio Network is seeking motivated, energetic, and professional sales representatives to join our growing team. As a Multimedia Marketing Consultant, you will work directly with local business owners and decision-makers to develop customized advertising and marketing campaigns utilizing the powerful resources of Glenora Radio Network and PowerPlay Digital.

This is a consultative sales position where your goal is to help businesses grow through effective marketing strategies while building long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement
Meet with business owners, managers, and marketing decision-makers
Conduct both in-person and virtual sales presentations
Create customized multimedia marketing campaigns based on client objectives
Present proposals and marketing recommendations
Negotiate and close advertising agreements
Maintain and grow existing client relationships
Collaborate with creative, programming, digital, and production teams
Monitor campaign performance and communicate results to clients
Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals

Qualifications

Previous sales experience preferred
Media, advertising, marketing, retail, hospitality, automotive, or business-to-business sales experience is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Excellent presentation skills, both in-person and online
Ability to learn digital advertising platforms and marketing concepts
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
