Responsibilities
As a member of the Forge RX team, you will:
- Evaluate and treat patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide care in our clinic and/or mobile settings
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
- Build lasting relationships with patients
- Participate in the growth and development of new programs and services

Required
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Licensed Chiropractor (DC)
