Job Title: School Secretary

Location: Eustace Primary School

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and responsible individual to join our team at Eustace Primary School as a School Secretary. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our administrative team, providing excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our school.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain administrative records, including student files, staff information, and school databases.
2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and school events.
3. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails.
4. Provide assistance to parents, students, staff, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
5. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
6. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills:
1. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Knowledge of Skyward is a plus.
4. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
5. Excellent customer service skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications:
While no specific certifications are required for this role, any relevant certifications in administration, customer service, or related fields will be considered an asset.
