Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual( Spanish and English) Team Operations and Training Officer to lead security operations and staff training initiatives. This role involves overseeing physical security measures, conducting comprehensive training programs, and ensuring compliance with security regulations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in two languages, highly motivated, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment while supporting team development.

Responsibilities

Excellent communication skills in both languages; bilingual proficiency required in English and Spanish
Staff who are 100% trained, fully skilled, confident, and able to do their jobs correctly without mistakes — producing high-quality work and satisfied customers.

4. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To train all M Wireless staff in policies, procedures, products, and skills — ensuring every team member knows how to do their job and can produce the correct product with quality.The Training Officer helps new hires, experienced staff, and management maintain high skill levels so the company runs smoothly and keeps expanding.
Train staff on all hats, policies, and company procedures.
Deliver training in small, easy-to-understand steps (gradients).
Use word clearing to remove misunderstood words or confusions.
Ask questions to check understanding.
Have staff demonstrate the steps back to you.

Run drills daily to build real skill (greeting, sales, phone handling, systems, repairs explanation, etc.).

Drill until the staff member can do it smoothly and confidently.

New Hire Training

Walk new hires through the full onboarding phases.
Ensure they complete every step before moving forward.
Review their checklists, notes, and written assignments.
Run drills after every training segment.
Correct any outpoints immediately.

Staff Development

Check with each staff member weekly to ensure they are trained.
Identify weak areas and schedule drills to strengthen them.
Work with managers to improve staff performance.

Documentation & Records

Track all training progress in training logs.
Maintain a folder for each staff member (digital or physical).
Sign off only when the trainee can do the work.
Keep updated copies of training programs and checklists.

Accountability for Knowledge

Ask staff to explain policies in their own words.
Quiz them on procedures regularly.
Spot check their real-world performance.
Correct any incorrect actions immediately.

Quality Control Support

Work closely with QC to fix mistakes reported.
When an error is found, retrain the staff member immediately.
Create additional drills for common mistakes.

Communication & Team Coordination

Communicate with division heads to schedule training sessions.
Report weekly on training stats to the CEO or Store Manager.
Maintain a positive, professional learning environment.

Maintain Training Materials

Keep all hats, checklists, policies, scripts, and drills updated.
Ensure training binders are clean, organized, and accessible.

1 0n 1s with Staff & Goal Tracking

Set up 1 on 1 with each staff to go over their sanity at work. How they are doing and what else they need to succeed.
On 1 on 1 go over the staffs Personal, Financial and Professional goals.
Have a written report of what staffs communicate to fix or check on the progress.

Sends To: All Staff Members, Store Manager, CEO, QC
Reports To: Store Manager / CEO
