Overview

Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Lead Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team ahead of our November opening. The Lead RN will work under the clinical oversight of the Medical Director and help ensure the clinical team consistently provides safe, high-quality care in accordance with established protocols, provider orders, and Prime IV standards.

This is not your traditional nursing environment. Prime IV combines clinical care with a relaxing, luxury spa atmosphere where the client experience is just as important as the treatment itself. The goal is for every client to feel like they’ve stepped away from their day for a one-hour vacation.

Responsibilities

Administer IV hydration therapies, injections, and other approved wellness services.
Monitor and assess clients throughout treatment to ensure their safety and well-being.
Review client intake forms and relevant medical history after completion of the required Good Faith Exam (GFE), and approve IV drips, add-ons, and injections in accordance with established protocols and provider orders.
Ensure required physician orders are obtained and signed before medication is administered.
Review and sign all infusion charts and ensure clinical documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable requirements.
Ensure all medical staff maintain current licenses, certifications, credentials, and required documentation within Prime IV systems.
Ensure clinical team members are properly trained and consistently follow Prime IV policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
Conduct chart audits, quarterly skills check-offs, and ongoing clinical training.
Support the onboarding, training, and continued development of clinical team members.
Maintain high standards for medication safety, infection control, sterility, and proper handling of IV equipment and supplies.
Educate clients on IV hydration, wellness therapies, services, memberships, and products and make thoughtful recommendations based on their individual goals.
Provide appropriate post-treatment education and wellness guidance.
Help maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and client-ready spa environment.
Support day-to-day spa operations as needed, including client check-in, scheduling, and other administrative responsibilities.
Serve as a clinical resource for the medical team and communicate clinical concerns through the appropriate leadership and Medical Director channels.

Qualifications & Experience

Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Five or more years of clinical experience with extensive IV insertion preferred, with demonstrated proficiency in IV access.
Previous leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
Experience training, mentoring, or onboarding team members.
Strong clinical judgment and demonstrated ability to follow established protocols and provider orders.
Strong computer skills with the ability to confidently navigate multiple cloud-based software platforms.
Previous customer service, hospitality, consulting, relationship-building, or similar client-facing experience strongly preferred.
Ability to take ownership, work independently, and effectively problem-solve.
Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to continued learning and professional growth.
Availability to work weekends as needed based on scheduling and business needs.
