Part-Time | Friday Nights + Weekends | $26/Hour + Mileage Reimbursement

Position Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, outgoing, and creative Field Marketing & Content Specialist to help bring our brands to life in the market.

This is a hands-on role combining social media content creation, field marketing, event execution, and sales support. You will represent our brands at retail locations, pop-ups, industry events, and other activations while capturing engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident on camera, naturally social, visually polished, and comfortable being the face of a brand.

The role will begin as a part-time position focused primarily on Friday nights and weekends, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time, salaried regional position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Stories, Reels, and other social platforms
Appear on camera as a representative of our brands
Capture content at retail locations, events, pop-ups, and other field activations
Develop authentic, energetic content that highlights our brands, products, retail partners, and events
Identify creative content opportunities while working independently in the field
Maintain a polished and professional brand presence across all content

Events & Field Marketing

Execute in-store pop-ups, promotional events, and brand activations
Engage directly with consumers, retail staff, and industry partners
Educate customers and retail teams on our brands and products
Help improve brand visibility and presentation within retail locations
Ensure events are executed professionally, energetically, and consistently
Represent the company professionally at all times while in the field

Sales Support

Build positive relationships with retail accounts and store staff
Support the sales team by strengthening brand presence within existing accounts
Gather feedback and insights from customers and retail partners
Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, engagement, and sell-through
Help turn marketing activity into measurable brand awareness and sales growth

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident and comfortable on camera
Charismatic, social, outgoing, and highly engaging
Professional with a strong personal presence and polished appearance
Experienced creating content for Instagram and/or TikTok
Comfortable speaking with customers, retail employees, and business partners
Creative and able to recognize strong content opportunities in real time
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple events or locations
Comfortable working Friday nights and weekends
Able and willing to travel throughout the assigned market

Preferred Background

Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:

Social media / content creation
Brand ambassador or promotional work
Modeling or on-camera work
Hospitality
Nightlife or events
Cannabis industry
Field marketing
Retail or sales

A large social following is not required. We are more interested in someone who understands how to create engaging content, connects naturally with people, and can represent a brand professionally.

Compensation

$26/hour
$0.725/mile mileage reimbursement
Part-time schedule primarily consisting of Friday nights and weekends
Opportunity to grow into a full-time salaried regional role based on performance

Performance Expectations

This is a performance-driven position. Success in the role will be measured by:

Volume and quality of social media content created
Number and quality of pop-ups and events executed
Consistency and professionalism in the field
Improvement in brand visibility within retail accounts
Engagement with consumers and retail staff
Contribution to sales growth
Development of stronger retail account relationships
Ability to operate independently and consistently execute at a high level
