Location: Middleburg Heights, OH

Position Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday) | No Evenings or Weekends

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality restorative placement (amalgam and composite restorations), sealants, and contouring under direct doctor supervision.
Provide dynamic, skilled four-handed chairside assistance during complex restorative and surgical procedures.
Take high-quality digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and digital impressions.
Educate patients on post-operative care, treatment plans, and oral health maintenance with a compassionate chairside manner.
Collaborate closely with your assigned doctor and clinical team during morning huddles to optimize daily patient flow and operatory setup.
Maintain complete compliance with sterilization, OSHA, and infection control standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Current Ohio Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) Board Certification.
Active Ohio Dental Radiography (X-ray) License.
Active CPR/BLS certification.
Proven experience in restorative placing and finishing with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
