Machine Operators/Lettershop & Bindery

1st and 2nd shifts are available.

· Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train

Job Title: Production Team Member – High Energy / Earn Overtime (Entry-Level to Operator)

Job Type: Full-time/Part Time/Flex – 1 and 2 Shift

Pay: No experience : $16.00 per hour with pay review within 60 days + Steady OT Available

Experienced: Test and review in 7 days + Steady OT Available

Location: Bolingbrook, IL / Lemont, IL

The Opportunity (Fast-Track Promotion):

We build operators from within. You don't need experience; you just need to be sharp and ready to work. We will train you and step you up through our production tiers. If you have a strong work ethic, you can advance from basic paper handling to a machine operator role in just 2 weeks.

What You Will Do:

Hand-sort mail packages accurately according to USPS pre-sort guidelines.
Load feeders with paper to keep lines running continuously.
Catch and stack finished mail pieces coming off the machines.
Learn to set up, troubleshoot, and operate envelope inserters.

Requirements:

Proof of “Right to work” (E-Verify)
Must have reliable transportation to get to our Bolingbrook or Lemont facilities.
No prior direct mail experience required - we will teach you the mechanical nuances and safety protocols on the floor.
