Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Outpatient Vein Clinic – Part Time

Gilvydis Vein Clinic – Naperville & Geneva, IL

Pay: $22.00–$26.00/hour (based on experience)

Physician-owned, not corporate. You'll work directly with the physician and a small, tight-knit clinical team.
One of only four IAC-accredited Vein Centers in Illinois — 25,000+ procedures performed.
Focused, high-skill caseload: minimally invasive, ultrasound-guided procedures (Total EndoVenous Laser Ablation, foam sclerotherapy) — no rotating specialties, no chaotic urgent care pace.

Schedule (~20 hours/week)

Thursday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (Naperville)
Friday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (Geneva — reliable transportation required)
Every other Tuesday: 4:30–9:00 PM (Naperville)
One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM–noon (Naperville)

About Us

Gilvydis Vein Clinic is a recognized leader in the treatment of vein disease. Our mission is simple: educate patients about their vein disease and achieve the best possible outcomes in the shortest time. We're looking for a friendly, energetic CMA who is genuinely passionate about patient care to join our Naperville and Geneva teams.

Scope and Responsibilities

Prep patients for procedures - sterile skin prep, draping, positioning, and set up procedure trays (functioning in a procedure tech capacity)
Assist with a variety of minimally invasive, ultrasound-guided procedures (Total EndoVenous Laser Ablation, foam sclerotherapy)
Provide assistance to the physician while scrubbed in, utilizing sterile technique
Deliver excellent patient care, including clear oral and written communication
Perform weekly QA and QC checks
Promote continuous improvement and a high level of quality service for all patients
Apply and teach compression therapy / stocking use.
Maintain equipment and procedure rooms; manage supply inventory
Help maintain IAC Vein Center and IAC Vascular Imaging accreditation
Assist front desk answering phones, checking in/out patients, scheduling appointments

Requirements

Medical Assistant Certification (CMA / AAMA / RMA / CCMA or NCMA) — required
1+ years surgical technologist experience — preferred (vascular, cardiology, dermatology, or procedural clinic experience a strong plus)
