Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you embody the role of a brand ambassador, infusing the sales floor with your unique personal style, strong enthusiasm for the product, and warm, inviting demeanor. Your primary focus will be on creating authentic connections with customers, assisting them in discovering their perfect signature fragrance. In addition, you will actively collaborate with your fellow team members and managers to propel the business forward. You eagerly take on various tasks that contribute to a smooth and exceptional customer experience, all while fostering an atmosphere of teamwork, kindness, and inclusivity on the sales floor.

Job Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals by surpassing customer service expectations and delivering exceptional selling experiences.
Embrace training opportunities, leverage product knowledge tools, and apply gained expertise in customer interactions.

Actively move throughout all areas of the store, remaining accessible to customers.
