We are seeking energetic and dedicated Servers and Bartenders to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure guests have memorable experiences. Whether serving up delicious dishes or mixing refreshing drinks, you will play a vital part in our commitment to excellence in food and beverage service.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems , ensuring quick and precise processing
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, bar stations, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup for special events like banquets or catering functions
Engage with guests proactively to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction

Skills

Proven experience in food service roles such as servers or bartenders within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings
Proficiency with POS systems
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments requiring multitasking and quick thinking
Experience with catering. familiarity with brewing or hospitality industry standards is beneficial
