Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging them through outbound calls to promote our products and services. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to build rapport will drive customer interest and contribute to our company's growth. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a fast-paced environment, utilizing cutting-edge sales technology and CRM systems to maximize outreach and deal closing success.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our solutions and services with confidence and clarity
Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting tailored product options
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, update customer information, and track sales progress
Apply sales automation technologies to streamline outreach efforts and improve efficiency in call campaigns
Negotiate terms with clients, overcoming objections and guiding conversations toward deal closure
Maintain a high level of professionalism during all client interactions, ensuring positive customer experiences
Collaborate with team members to share best practices, improve call scripts, and achieve sales targets consistently

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making effectively
Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales environments, particularly B2B (business-to-business) contexts
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing customer data and sales pipelines
Familiarity with sales automation tools and telemarketing techniques to enhance outreach efforts
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear call delivery
Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing within a call center or inside sales setting
Ability to handle customer objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude
Knowledge of Salesforce Cloud solutions or telecommunication products is a plus
Demonstrated success in deal closing and achieving sales quotas through consultative selling approaches
Customer service orientation combined with strong phone communication skills
